Hey everyone, we start today’s newsletter with a special announcement:

We’re committing $1 million to build the most valuable resource for growth operators to be AI-native.

Every day, we get to help companies like Lovable, Ramp, and Webflow grow organically. We’re experiencing insane organic traction: $13 million in revenue, cash flow positive, 8‑week waitlist for new customers.

But everything started with one workshop.

Giving away everything I knew, genuinely trying to help, and give value. Hopefully, by now, I’ve earned enough trust with everyone to know this is not a marketing gimmick.

I believe the best marketing is no marketing. It’s building resources so valuable that people would be willing to pay for it.

I don’t ask for favors often. But if you ever got any value from our content or anything we’ve done, I would be forever grateful for your support.

Just comment "GROWTHX" or leave a nice comment as a thank-you. We’ll send you a 90% off discount to join the community.

What we published this week

Podcast Ep 4: Anna Baird on building hypergrowth companies and why hustle won’t scale

Anna Baird has led finance, ops, and revenue at some of the fastest-growing companies in tech.

In this episode, she breaks down how to move from reactive chaos to a predictable marketing engine—with the systems, rhythms, and relationships every leader needs to scale.

What’s happening in AI?

This month, I noticed something subtle but important: AI is disappearing into the background. It’s not a separate layer of work anymore—it’s quietly embedded in every system we use. CRMs now handle follow-ups. Dashboards explain their own data. Ads write themselves mid-campaign. The tech isn’t the story; the workflow is.

Here’s what stood out:

AI is collapsing the time between a decision and the action that follows it. It’s not about “using AI” anymore—it’s about how teams operate inside environments that already think and execute for them. You can see it in how enterprise tools are being rebuilt around speed and precision rather than new interfaces. The invisible handoff is the point.

Search behavior is also evolving fast. ChatGPT now runs a live search in about a third of its prompts—and nearly 60% are local. That means AI is reading and summarizing content before a human ever does. The practical takeaway: we’re entering the GEO era (Generative Engine Optimization), where clarity, structure, and usefulness decide visibility. If a model can’t quote you, you’re invisible.

Automation feels different too. It’s moving from something teams configure to something that’s just built in. Reports of “embedded automation” and new “agent infrastructures” show up everywhere—software quietly wiring itself together. The middle layer of work is disappearing, and what’s left is higher-order problem solving.

And on the creative side, AI isn’t replacing storytelling—it’s speeding it up. Text becomes slides, voice becomes scripts, prompts become prototypes. Sora 2 is a glimpse of that future, where video generation happens before an idea is even fully baked. It’s less about more content, more about faster loops.

The pattern across all of this: AI is no longer a tool. It’s a condition of how work happens now.

Coming up: How Lovable went from $0 → $100M

The fastest-growing software company in history is open sourcing their playbook.

Lovable hit $100M ARR in 8 months. Faster than OpenAI. Faster than Cursor. Faster than anyone.

How they did it:

  • Vibe built everything with AI workflows

  • Shipped campaigns in hours, not weeks

  • 10M+ projects created by 2.3M active users

  • Zero bottlenecks. Zero dependencies. Just execution.

This is the same approach that made them the fastest-growing software company ever.

Now they're revealing EXACTLY how to do it (aka "vibe marketing).

That's it for this week.

If this was useful, forward it to someone who needs it.

Marcel & Jason
